Terms of Service

Access to Optiware products (including mobile apps) is provided for authorised users of a client organisation under that organisation’s agreement with Optiware. You must keep login credentials confidential, use only the organisation and roles assigned to you, and not attempt to access data outside your authorisation.

Apps may store data on the device for offline use, may capture photos or location where the feature requires it and permission is granted, and may send diagnostic crash reports to help us maintain reliability. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Submitting a contact form does not create a client engagement. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement between Optiware and the client. Until that agreement is signed, either party may decline to proceed.

Site content — including text, branding, layouts, and visuals — is owned by Optiware or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse it commercially without prior written permission.

Project names and client marks shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are used for portfolio illustration only.

Optiware product software, branding, and related materials remain Optiware’s intellectual property except where a client agreement states otherwise.

The website is provided “as is”. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice beyond a general description of our services.

Product availability, features, and support levels are defined in the applicable client agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optiware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability related to site use is limited to the greatest extent allowed under applicable law.

Liability for products is governed by the client agreement; where that agreement is silent, applicable law limits apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Product terms may also change under the client agreement’s notice provisions.
